About Us
RUSC Kinship is a nonprofit youth mentoring organization that was founded in 2015 and serves families within Stevens County in Minnesota by providing positive role models to youth, ages 5-17, in our rural communities.

2nd Graders
Lunch Buddies
Students have one-on-one time with an assigned "buddy" during school lunch. It helps improve both social skills and self-esteem to foster a better attitude for learning — ultimately improving school success!

Youth Mentorship
Begin one of life’s most rewarding and fulfilling experiences – being matched as a mentor of a child and making a real difference in their life. We believe every child deserves a positive relationship with a caring adult.
