Get ready for the 1st Annual RUSC Kinship Amazing Race on September 24, 2026.
Teams will take on an approximately 3.3-mile racecourse, starting with the first leg on foot, then hopping on bikes for the rest of the route. Along the way, you’ll stop to complete 8 fun challenges designed to test your teamwork, creativity, and sense of adventure.
Who’s On Your Team?
- Gather 4–6 friends, family members, coworkers, or classmates and get ready for a memorable day of racing, laughing, and working together for a great cause.
- Each team will select a Team Captain to complete the online registration and share event details with teammates.
- The minimum entry fee is $250 per team, with all proceeds supporting youth mentoring in Stevens County through RUSC Kinship. Teams are encouraged to raise funds through sponsorships. Please see the Sponsor Form for more information.
Team Fundraising Commitment
Each team will commit to raising or contributing a minimum of $250 to participate in the Amazing Race. A $50 deposit is due at registration to reserve your team’s spot. The remaining balance may be paid or raised through sponsorships and is due by September 15, 2026. Teams are encouraged to raise more than the minimum, and a prize will be awarded to the team that raises the most money for RUSC Kinship.
Which Race is the Best Fit for Your Team?
Competitive Race
- Bring your energy, strategy, and competitive spirit! This race is a great fit for middle school, high school, and college students, businesses, organizations, or any group ready to race for the win.
- Teams may include participants of any age, but must have a Team Captain who is 18 or older.
Family Race
- This race is all about fun, teamwork, and making memories together. Built for ages 3 through great-grandparent, the Family Race is perfect for families and friend groups who want to enjoy the challenges without worrying too much about the clock.
- Family Race teams must include at least one teammate under age 12.
